Try Wellbee's Orzo!  Specially made with Lentils making them a protein-rich superfood!  Our lentils go through a special preparation process that involves 14-16 hours of soaking and rinsing, making them easy to digest.
Wellbee's Lentil Orzo is super versatile and is great as a side dish, in salads, stuffings, and sautes.

Orzo means “barley” in Italian, referring to its small, barley-like shape.

Wellbee's Lentil Orzo is a healthy plant-based meal packed with protein and nutrients, with about 25% protein and full of nutrients like B vitamins, magnesium, zinc, and potassium.

1/2 cup Wellbee's Lentil Orzo

2 tsp. Olive Oil

1/2 tsp. Paprika

1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder

1/4 tsp. Onion Powder

1/2 tsp. Sea Salt


Cooking Instructions:

1) Place orzo into a medium sized saucepan, add the rest of the ingredients, and stir well. 

2) Toast the orzo for around 3 minutes on a medium heat, until the color changes to brown. Stir every minute to prevent it from scorching.

3) Once it's fully toasted, add 2 1/2 cups of cold water. 

4) Cover the pot, increase the heat to high, and bring the contents to a boil.

5) Lower the heat and simmer on a medium heat for 40 minutes or until the water has been fully absorbed. 

6) Optional add ons: Add sauteed onions, steamed veggies or enjoy it with your favorite sauce.
