Life can be pretty hectic these days. With commuting, working, and taking care of the family, it can sometimes feel like you just don’t have enough time to get anything else done, let alone ever find time to eat something healthy. There is a persistent myth in our society that eating healthy means taking a lot of time to cook something. That isn’t true. Almond flour is nutritious and delicious, and comes in all different shapes and sizes. Here are 3 great almond flour snacks to eat on the go for those of us who are always rushing.

Muffins might not be the first thing that pop into your head when you think of a healthy snack, but when they are made with almond flour, they are exactly that. They are fairly simple to make, and don’t take very long in the oven, either. They are high in nutrition so they could be a great breakfast on the go, or a quick snack in the car. Just store them in the fridge and take them with you when you need a quick fix.
