Frozen Foods are typically shipped with icebox to prevent spoilage. Depending on the destination zip code, product perishability, and climate, some orders may not need an icebox.
Frozen Foods are shipped with gel ice in a Styrofoam box. We strive to deliver your order in perfect condition. Virtually all of our deliveries are successful and we want to make sure yours is among them, however, we cannot take responsibility for products that arrive spoiled due to a delay in transit.
Handling Frozen Goods: Perishable products should be frozen upon receipt. Thawed goods may be safely refrozen with no perceptible loss of quality or nutritional value.
